Bob Dozier Knives

His knives are straightforward and simple. They cut really well and hold an edge. His sheaths work well. He is knowledgeable, reliable and stands behind his product. I bought a few things from him and have been very satified. A great guy to deal with!

Bob's knives are great! Ditto for everything that's already been mentioned so far. His workmanship is outstanding... grinds, sheaths, etc. You can't go wrong.

Bob Dozier's knives are excellent for the money. Several models stand out.

The Straight Personal, the Straight Hunter, Reverse Tanto, the Agent, and the Bodyguard can serve as general purpose knives. He has done a lot of tweaking of D2 semi-stainless and the edge geometry on all his knives is great for cutting. The contouring of handles is top notch as is the finish. His horizontal cross-draw sheath is convenient and well though out. Bladeart, Knifeart, TripleAught, and Retting carry his stuff.

What they said......

I have both a Ti drop point folder and an Arkansas Toothpick. They, and my medium Apogee by Darrel Ralph, are by far my favorite knives.

I have a neck knife and one of his folders in red jigged bone.Fit and finish are excellent and they are real sharp.

Just got my Dozier Slim Outdoorsman from A.G. Russell. They carry some of Dozier's knives.
Fit and finish are great. Real sharp.

I have the Dozier "Pro Guide" and it's a great working knife with a well built sheath.
D2 is one of my favorite steels as it is almost stainless and holds a good edge for a long time. Also, it's not too fancy that your afraid to use it, like my Randall.
I have been eyeing the Slim Outdoorsman or the Straight Personal for a while now.

Thanks for all the information guys. I am ordering a Straight Personal and would be happy to let you know my thoughts after I use it awhile.
Excellent forum you have here!!!
