My son and I were visiting with Bob Dozier at the Tulsa Gun and Knife Show today. Before we left, he picked up one of the Kabar folders that bear his design and log, engraved his autograph on the blade, and gave it to my ten year old son as a gift.

My son was so tickled. He thanked him over and over.

Knife people in general are nice folks, but Bob is a gentleman without peer.

Made me like his blades even more. He sure made a kid's day.

Love my Arkansas Toothpick. I've heard nothing but great things about Bob Dozier. I'm sure there are posts in the archives where Bob said he was surprised (and grateful) by the attention his knives have received in forums such as this. A modest man.

Bob's talent as a knifemaker is only exceeded by his character.
A man any one of us would be proud to call friend.

I would be honored to me this man someday. He would renew my faith in mankind which, sours on some days.

I've loved his designs for years, I've got a Dozier Canoe in D2, great little knife, and his Kydex sheaths are super.

I got to meet him at Blade 05, really great guy !

I've never met him, but I did talk to him on the phone a few times while working out the details of a custom that he made for me. He and his wife are both wonderful people.

I've wanted to buy more of his knives, but I'm kind of afraid too... The one I have has completely ruined me for buying anything else in its category. :)

I met Mr. Dozier at the NY Custom Knife Show quite a few years ago. A very nice guy indeed. Bought my first custom from him.
