Bob Kramer heat treatment question

Hi everyone,

I've read somewhere that Bob Kramer uses a different method for heat-treating his 52100 knives. I've searched around the internet but couldn't find any further info on that. Is his method a secret like F.J. Richtig's, or I haven't search enough? Does anyone have additional info on this?

I feel like I remember seeing something about multiple high temp salt baths, so I'm guessing it's just some sort of marquenching setup.
 
Well I guess I'll send him an e-mail, but I thought it would be better to ask here first, maybe the information was public. Although if it's not public, I don't know if he will be sharing it.
 
I believe Kramer to be somewhat guarded about his HT methods even amongst friends. He shares, but I'm pretty sure it's not full disclosure so to say.
