Just back from the memorial service for Robert W. Loveless .
Was very nice and of course a real honor for me to attend.

...was a heartfelt and uplifting occasion.

Phil Lobred asked me to drive up with him on Thursday, and I was honored to be asked and to be able to attend on this most solemn day.

Got a chance to meet Jim Merritt and thank him for my beautiful knife personally, and to see friends, both old and new.

AAAAND....got to cruise up there from Dave's house in his very fine ride!

Best Regards,

Bob's family made us feel at home. The memorial was both sad and loving. Bob was a legend at his own pace.
We will always remember a man who loved life to the fullest.

Godspeed to the big hunting grounds in the sky.

I don't believe in it; it's not the first time I hope to be wrong....
