To cut to the chase, Spark signed up for an ad service. He doesn't choose the individual ads.

I'm told the ad software looks at the cookies on your computer when choosing which ads to show. I can't confirm this to be true.

I live in Jersey, so that makes sense that I would see a Menendez ad. It's scary how these ads are personalized. Big Brother is watching.
