Ok, I am looking for a better, more organized way to store my assorted duty gear. I moved back on campus at school, so I have pretty limited space and cannot just leave my gear laying around like I usually would. I want to be able to store the following:

Flashlight (Mag and Pelican)
Gloves
Clipboard
Radio
OC
Duty Belt (when I can afford to replace my stolen gear  )
Cuffs
Cover
Rain Coat
Packable Jacket
Writing Supplies
First Aid Kit
Road Vest
Camera
Recorder
Room for various nonsense as needed

Requirements for the bag:
Organized
Weatherproof, if possible
Should strap
Can be locked at the zippers
Won't roll over if sitting on the truck seat

I have looked at a few models at the cop shop, but I wanted to know what, if any, personal experience y'all have with this stuff. I have also considered a Pelican case, but they tend to be pricy and I want to stay well below $100 if possible. I would prefer to spend around $40-ish if I can.

How about a seabag (or duffle bag as the Army/AF call it)? They're cheap, hold a ton and you can put a real lock on them. It meets all of your requirements except the organized part.

Peek into some Military Surplus stores and see what they have. You might be pleasantly surprised.

countrycomm has a good selection of knock-off bags that are well made.

Their EOD bag is on sale.
