Thanks for introducing me to these knives. They are similar to the Terzuola Spyderco Clip-It. They are slick.

How do you like the Mariner 2? Is it good value for the money? How is thhe edge grind, actionn and fit/finish. Why get two of them; which do you prefer?

De nada! I find them excellent in every way. Really thin edge and slicey. Heat treat dead nuts for the MC. Slick action. I prefer the all titanium version, but that's usually my preference.

Worth the price in my book.

I'm a big fan of Bob's design language, especially the ATCF and similar.. I'll probably never drop the $ for a custom, but the Fox OGs have been holding me over..

Also really looking forward to picking up the newest Starmate Sprint when Spyderco gets around to releasing it..

Responding to this thread reminds me that I need to find & add a C145P to my collection.
Will buy a Starmate Sprint if I ever see one for the "right" price but I'm not going to hold my breath for that.
