The knife in the linked thread is on it's way to me and I was hoping someone might have some information on the maker. I've searched here and google but aside from one vague reference on a site that had another one for sale I haven't been able to find anything. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Any info at all would be appreciated...even the makers full name would help.

Thanks,

Sooo...nobody's ever heard of this maker? That's a little surprising, I recieved the knife and the build quality is quite nice.

I originally ordered that knife from those guys 8 or 9 years ago. Unfortunately I don't recall much about the whole transaction except it was a couple of brothers who made them (I think) and one of them was named Robert (pretty sure). They were recommended to me by a fellow named Tim who used to frequent this board and all the shows in the SE US.

For the money I was quite pleased with the knife. Talk about a blast from the past!

Thanks for the info, that's a little more than I've been able to find so far. As the original purchaser, would you mind another couple questions? The knife has mounting holes for a clip on the back bolster, but no clip. Was it ordered with a clip or has someone added one at some point? Shouldn't be too much of a problem to get a new one made, just curious. Also, was the tip of the blade always a bit proud (exposed) when closed? Also fixable, just trying to figure out how much people have monkeyed around since it was built. Thanks again.
