0,31" thick

Bocote wood handle with distress look steel guard.

Gosh, I like this distressed steel guard as much or more than the brass one on the last two. Really love the style, and you get some really nice bocote, too.

Nice package. looks like a real work horse. I like the guard too but to MY eye, a stainless spacer behind the guard and a stainless pin would tie the blade in with the handle just a little better. It's just a thought. Your knife has beautiful lines and the sheath looks well built as well.
