Bodega Lock Question

So this is my second Bodega and I noticed an issue the other day. When the blade is compressed closed I cannot get the knife open one-handed or rather with the flipper. You can hopefully see what I'm talking about in the video below. If you listen carefully you can hear the blade pop open finally. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. I tried to contact Begg Knives but no response yet. Kind of figured with Blade coming up.

Sounds like the detent ball is sticking. Microtech had an issue with this on some of their Socom Deltas.
 
Given the tolerances that those knives are produced to and the overall cost, I wouldn't tinker with it. It more than likely needs a larger detent ball, sounds like the detent hole might be too deep.
 
I had the same exact issue with mine and I talked to Mark Begg on the phone. I had emailed them and Mark himself called me one evening. I was extremely impressed. He had me ship the knife up to them and I got it back a couple weeks later working perfectly. I'm not sure what they did. When they received it Mark called me and said, yup, this isn't working correctly but it can be fixed. His language was a little more fun and colorful though! :)
Ship it back to them and I'm sure they will take great care of you.
