I'm a big fan of the Silent Hill series of games. In most of them, early on you find a flashlight. Due to the running around and melee combat, it isn't feasible to hand carry the light. The game solves this by clipping the light into the breast pocket on the character's vest/jacket.

Besides the Pentagon, are there any lights 90-120+ lumen that can attach your jacket/vest and project a light in your point of view? I'm thinking what may best fill my requirement of a body mounted forward facing light may be the NovaTac EDC120. I frequently wear a traditional biker jacket (think Happy Days) and my attachment point would be the shoulder loop thingies (eppaulette?). The size should make it unobtrusive.

That's cool, but anything smaller/lighter, powered by 123's?

All said and done... I just ordered the NovaTac EDC120.

Should have waited a little while longer, this is just what you wanted.

Although I'm personally very happy with my EDC120P if I was in the market for a vest mount forward facing light I'd get one of the linked lights.

Wow, just what I was thinking. I'll buy it some other time. You can never have too many lights. Thanks.
