As that title says it, we are calling it finished, so BUST OUT THE CUPCAKES, BEER, and CIGARETTES!

Post up before and after pics, and a summery of your participation within this comp, including challenges and positives experiences. Honestly you know if you deserve first place, if you gave it that much let us know.

I hope that the beer, cigarettes, and cupcakes are a one time thing. If you keep it up, I promise you you'll lose all the fruits of your hard work!

It didn't go exactly as planned. I was going to get out and exercise more but with all the giveaways by RAT I spent too much time on the forum.

End result.

That wouldn't work too well, only my left side would be ghost white then. The beard acts as a buffer to stop food from getting stuck in the keyboard, the beard traps it and then I can just shake it out when I go outside.
 
If it's really over, I guess I should post pictures.


This is a belt that I got mid February if I remember correctly. My last belt looked very similar to this one, and it broke at one of the holes after a year and a half of good use. In fact, I just had to poke another hole in it yesterday.

My pants don't fit. And these are already a step down from where I started at. This are 36" waists, and I used to wear 38-40".

It's nice having some muscle definition. Ignore the tan line. I was pulling rose bushes out at my mothers house the other day (which royally sucks, by the way.)

I'll get an official weight in the morning. But, i've been sitting around 185-190 depending on how I eat (AKA, if I go to Six Flags Elitch Gardens and eat a sundae funnel cake, but It was amazing.)

I've come a long way since I've started, and I'm still not done yet. I'm trying to get into fighting shape so I can do some Muay Thai bouts sometime. Also, this is a great thing for me to do if I plan on going into law enforcement or military service.
