OK I have been on a quest to find my prfect EDC knives and gettign rid of all my "junk" My list is as follows.
Leatherman Surge (on belt at all times)
Buck strider Sbmf (Loaner beater knife)
Strider SMF digicoat (in pocket at all times)
Now for my fixed blades I have gleened hundreds of websites, postings, and shops. A friend has the Bog Dog and I feel that this would be my perfect Hunting, fishing, and camp knife. I really dont like the sheath,(no Ofence ment!!!!!!!!!!!!) so I will most likely go to a kydex one. Now the problem is....
How the hell do you get one?
The websight does not have it listed for sale. Is it discontinued? I really feel that this is the knife I have been looking for It has the steel I want in D2 and it does look like a very good flat grind on the blade.
So am I screwed?
I really use and abuse my knives and the ones up top that I have listed do get used regularly. They are NOT put in fleece zippered bags but put to real use. Today I used the SMF to cut up wire to tie up some equipment at work so they are not really pretty anymore.
