Bohn Carvings Edge Fixture

Does anyone have any experience, or is familiar with the Bohn Carvings Edge Fixture-Multi-Angle Knife Sharpener?

I bought one in the early 90's (IIRC), but soon after let a friend borrow it. After he returned it to me, I forgot about it, as I was using a Lansky and a first generation Sharpmaker, you know, the ones with only one angle setting, and came in a cordura pouch. Eventually, the Bohn got packed up, and was not noticed in two subsequent moves. I found it this week. When I get some free time, I plan on giving it a spin. Anyone have any hints, tips, etc?

I have one too and just used it today. Just follow directions and you should be OK. If you have any old knives to practice on try them. I have not tried scissors yet, so I could use any tips for doing them. I bought mine at a gun show about the same time as you. If you are missing any paperwork let me know and I will E-mail to you. I do not know if they are still in business to get stones.
