Boker 1100 lockback with no spring tension

I just picked up a Boker 1100 at a flea market. Its in decent shape except the lockback has no spring tension at all. I tried cleaning it up, but there is no spring at all in the action. I have no experience with fixing lockbacks. Does anyone have any tips?
