Hello guys:)
I just saw this one and wanted to hear your thoughts about it.

The knife looks beautiful with that Mokume Damascus handle in my opinion.
I never bought a Boker Anso 67 because of the many issues some had with lock but this one seems interesting:D
S60V as blade steel? I don't know a lot about blade steel but i do love s30v so an extra 30V has got to be good right? LOL:D
Anyway, the knife looks good but would you give it a shot?
Over here it goes for $815:eek:

thanks for looking:)

Take the lock complaints with a grain of salt. That's a sweet looking piece. I just picked up a Boker Haddock and if I had let the negative reviews get to me I'd have missed out on an awesome knife. S60V is good stuff, don't let it get dull though haha!

It's insanely pretty but the price is too close to a custom 67 for that many people to be interested. And like Crom said, I would have never bought my Haddock without a leap of faith and its perfect. Boker seems to have teething problems when they first release model that get resolved quickly (at least in their German made stuff).

Yeah, wasn't thinking for that price you could probably get the (almost anyhow) custom from Anso.

Yes, S60V is same as 440V, but I am skeptical about S60V as a knife steel. To keep it from fracturing makers used to be forced to run it rather soft 56-57HRC-ish.
