Boker anso whale problems

I just got my boker anso whale in and there is a problem the grind is off on the blade by about 1/2 of an inch. I have tried to contact boker but I cant find there email and I am also worried at the fact that I have stonewashed the blade before I knew about this problem any suggestions on what I should do to fix this issue. I will be sending it in and keep you posted on what happens

if you stonewashed the blade you're pretty much screwed
