Hey guys i was wondering if someone could help me out,
I was checking this knife Boker Applegate-Fairbairn 5.5 , and I must admit it's very good looking.
After i saw the nutnfancy review ( Other version but pretty similar ) on youtube I felt like I had to get one; the one with micarta just looks amazing.
Sooo.... is there anyone on this forum that owns one of these,
http://www.boker.de/artikelsuche/120545-applegate-0-9999-2-10.html
http://www.boker.de/artikelsuche/120545X-applegate-0-9999-0-0.html
But here is the thing
These are both for most part the same except one has 440-C Steel, and the ltd-version has X-15 T.N. also features a two-tone blade finish and a mirror polished handguardsteel and some minor other details
which of these 2 is the better steel ? ,
and ultimately which one would you get given the fact the price wasn't different
?
P.S. By any chance do any of you actually own the Ltd version because i would love to see it from some other angles, I could only find pictures of the knife taken in the angle seen at the site..
Thanks in advance,
Greets from Holland!
