How is the heat treat on Boker arbolito knives from Argentina,n695 steel,have seen a nice stag knife in it,but am not sure about ht....

Boker Arbolito n690 heat treat???

A.G. Russell's own site listings for these knives (Boker Arbolito, Argentina) in N695 specify their hardness at HRC 57-59, which sounds pretty decent for bigger blades in this steel, which is comparable to 440C. I don't think there'd be much to worry about there. One of the A.G.R. listings is linked below - I'm pretty sure they're still a BF sponsor:
