Boker Bailey Zeil Throwing Knifes?

Hey everybody. I have been informally throwing various odd knives for years but i always wanted to buy a set of "dedicated" throwing knives. I'd love some Custom Moeller Vipers but they are out of my price range. However i recently saw these at the AG Russell website

does anyone here have any experience with these Boker Bailey Zeil Throwing Knifes?

They look nice. For your price range, I would recommend Bobby Branton's #8 thrower - I think any holes (except maybe 1 little one at the end of the handle) are a weak point... eventually the ag russell knives will break.

Hmmm theres got to be somebody here who's tried those Boker Zeil throwers. Anybody?

Funny that they're called differently in the US it seems. In Germany they're called "Ziel" meaning target.

Maybe its a typo at the Ag Russell site? or maybe Boker decided to change it for the American market. Ziel sounds like Zeal. Hmmm maybe that has something to do with?

You are kidding? Why? With a vice and a cheater pipe they will break.

I would think that your axe was anti Boker, except you call them the ag russell knives. Why me? You are surely aware that if they did break I would replace them or refund the money.

I am the moderator of this forum. I try to careful with self advertising. Plus, I just saw the post. They are sturdy little knives. I think I have about 10 left.

No offense intended. In fact, I have never owned any of your knives and therefore never had the experience of your knives breaking. I should have said that all of the knives LIKE yours that I have owned have broken.
