Hi all, Glad to see a Boker forum. I have a couple of questions. First, my Dad handed me his Treebrand Barlow the other day and said, "your the knife nut, fix this one if you can." Keep in mind, my Dad has carried this Barlow every day for the past I don't know how long. I know he loves this knife. When I looked at it I found both blades broken off! Yeah, Dad's pretty rough on pocket knives, but he uses them for tools. My question is, can I send this knife in for blade replacement (where, how much, etc.)? Second question, will the knife be as good as it was to start with ? Any info greatly appreciated.Thanks,Marty

Glad to see someone likes the old style knife.
As far as blade replacement,it would depend on the over-all condition of the knife.If the backsprings are rusted out,for example,no.
If all else is good,yes,blades can be replaced.
The address to send it is;
Boker USA,Inc
1550 Balsam St
Lakewood,Co 80214
Attn:Repair Dept
Cost for 2 blades is $38.95,and there is a significant time lag,as it must go to the factory in Germany.
If you do send it in,include a note with your name,address,and phone number.When I get the knife,I will call you and we can discuss the options available.
Thanks,TJT
