No, but I would put it on a par with an "Old Hickory" Boning Knife. (There really isn't much difference between 1095 carbon steels). Some carbon steels have added Chromium and Vanadium, but that tends to make them more costly. From what I have been led to understand, tempering and hardening are the only places that they usually differ.
I think that your Boker is likely just good, old-fashioned 1095 carbon steel. :thumbup:
