I don't live anywhere near a Boker dealer so I can't see one in person and I collect Canoes, but I don't have any Boker Canoes yet. What I want to know before buying is how the backspring is made: Is there one thick backspring with a good hefty main blade like the older model Case Canoes and current Queen Canoes, or are there two thin backsprings with a thinner main blade like the modern Case Canoes? Also as a side How does 440A work for a pocket knife? I supposed rust would be a non-issue but does it take and hold a good edge? I'm used to Case CV or Boker Carbon blades when I use a slipjoint and Victorinox stainless, how does Boker 440A compare to these steels? Thanks
