Boker Combat Folder "Pivot” ?

Hey folks,

For a very long time, I had an older Boker combat folder that I decided to clean today. The knife deserved a bit of TLC after all those years!

I took it apart and I can't put it back, as the pivot is not a real one... more like a hub cap.
Those screws were actually thread locked or glued (green depot) on the frame of the knife, and the central axle/pivot is not threaded.
I can't put it back together at all without machining, it seems.

Anyone got an idea to fix this?

Thanks!

Bet it's a press fit. Does it fully insert? If it seems a press fit, I'd try to find a press. Hammering won't do

It actually seems like it was glued, there is not other way to put it back.

A press sounds like the most plausible.

So long for easy maintenance...
