First let me say that I recently purchased a Boker Plus CLB "compliance" and I am so impressed with the design, fit and finish, ergononics, style and shape of the blade that not only do highly recommend it but I am going to say this is one of the most beautiful, underrated & under the radar pieces on the market today. If anyone else has one PLEASE share your thoughts.

Now I'm trying to decide what's next...a Boker Plus XS, or a Spyderco UKPK lightweight. Any thoughts on either of these would be much appreciated.
Which has a smoother deployment? From the limited YouTube vids. it appears that the XS may be more difficult to open. What say you all?
Thanks, Ed

Ummm embarrased.... Not certain how to yet; Help?
Relativly new to the forum; I know I know, Not an excuse but "cut me" some slack; pun intended

I've really wanted to try out the Boker compliance, it looks robust. The blade looks stout, and the lockbar thick. It looks like an awesome deep carry pocket clip. I was surprised myself to find so little information on it, it seems like a great knife. I don't mind it being two hand opening either since that's how it was designed and it looks sleek without any thumb studs anyway. The only Boker knife i had was a Trance, also a CLB design, awesome knife that is, Chad Los Banos really knows how to design a knife. Check out the Trance if you haven't already.

The blade shape reminds me of the Vox Rhino, which is one I've been meaning to try. I'll have to pick both of these up by the year end.

What about one hand opening? It looks like that is out? (unless you pinch the blade and flick it downward to let the handles weight open it, maybe)

Too easy to fly out of your hand. You can really only pinch with the very "tip" of your thumb and index finger. No Jill Jackson, this one was intentionally designed to be a 2 handed opening folder. But it is very different and beautifullly balanced.
Oh... BTW JillJack.....Much obliged to you for posting that excellent HiDef pizzini video. It really highlights the beautiful features like gimping, thick liner lock etc.
