Looks legit to me. It's a plus line lockback, retail is around $20.

Looks Legit to me also. It is usually the more tactical designs that are counterfeited. May I ask what makes you think it is a fake? Also there is a Boker sub forum on here. It might be worth asking in there.

The listing stated it is a Boker. So I should ask someone if what they are saying is true? Would someone knowingly listing a counterfeit be truthful? Anyway, not being familiar with Boker or most other mfgs I bought after very briefly reading about them. The quality is not what I would expect so I am suspicious.

I doubt it's a counterfeit, but you should edit out the eBay link since its a live auction and not allowed here.

Keep in mind that it's from their plus line, which is made in China. A lot of their plus knives are awesome but I find their slip joints leave a lot to be desired.

If it was made in Solingen it would be a completely different story.

It looks completely legit and the price makes sense.

I have a Buck made in US and in China and cannot distinguish the craftsmanship between them. Maybe if I compared more of them I could. The Boker is definitely a step down. While it is not terrible it is just not quite what was expected. Lesson learned.

Yeah but is there a price difference between the USA made buck and the Chinese? Because Boker's Solingen made slip joints are far better than Buck and are a lot more expensive than their Chinese Plus line ones.

I like Solingen made knives and have many. Buck made in USA are just as nice. Boker made in China are junk the few that I have seen. Buck does not copy other knives like Boker is now doing with the Becker line.

I have a Boker BOB Elegance, Made in China. I like it a LOT. Seems great quality to me so far. If it was made in US or Germany, it would probably be so much money, i could not afford to buy it. Are you prepared to pay 3x the cost ? Just something to consider.
