While I inadvertently ordered one, but cancelled and put the Haddock on order,
I noticed the photo on 'that' web page there was a small notch or cutout
just before the edge starts? On other web sites it shows as being
uninterrupted from tang to tip.

So, those of you that own one, which is it? Or can it vary with production???

As you never know, I may end up getting one anyways down the road :)

There should be no little notch before the edge starts... on both, the Haddock and the Cox.

Thanks for the prompt answer, sent you a Private Message as well.

I'd like to ask a quastion about the Cox too.
The G10 side looks like "scale over a metal liner" construction in some pics, and like a linerless G10 slab in others. Are there 2 versions, if not what kind of construction is it?
Thank you in advance.

The serial model has the one slab titan - other slab G10 construction. The one pictured on the böker page ist the jens anso protoype. Here are pics of both haddock and cox, just to compare them. Great Knives! The Cox is one of my edc's. And - as You see, the haddock has no grinding notch, the cox does have it.
