Boker Damascus I

I have the above referenced knife ... Boker Damascus I ... #458 of 500.

Boker went on with Boker Damascus II, Damascus III, and Damascus IV

Does anyone know what year this knife (B.D. I )was mfg.??

That knife was manufactured in 1985.
Did you just get it, or is it an old friend?

Thanks for the Info/update

I've hade it several years.

Always kept in the display box, either under glass, or under lock and key.

I also had a Damascus II and III, which I sold during hard times, and now kick myself for.

One day I do want to re-acquire the II, III, and add the IV.
