Hello, I just got a Boker USA 9908 Dogleg Jack off ebay. Its a nice little knife!! Does anyone know the year made? On the tang stamp back of the main blade is 99 (A Tree image) 08. The front is Boker USA. The blade is etched "Tree (tree image) Brand"

I found a old Boker catalog here http://jwissandsons.com/catalogs/B72-73.pdf but didn't note any year. the Catalog is from WISS and says B72/73

Mine looks like the one in the catalog but it has the round Tree shield on the scales.

I also see it listed in the 1975 catalogue from jwissandsons.

I think B72-73 revers to 1972-1973. But i am not sure.
I also don't know when this one went into production. A catalogue alone is no garanty for the knive age. I'm sorry not much help i guess:o.
