Boker Exskelibur lock-up

Some tine back I picked up a Boker Exskelibur I. I immediately liked the knife quite a bit but had concerns about the lock-up. The knife has only been opened and close a bit and has not been carried. As you can see in the photo the liner locks all the way to the right. I have seen photos of other ones where the lock-up is the same but all the way to the left. I just wanted to make sure that this is a concern before I bothered the good folks at Boker.

No blade play whatsoever. A rock solid knife. My concern is as the knife wears in and if the lock moves to the right as can happen. Starting at the left seems a much better beginning on a knife that hopefully will last for years. Really like this knife and want to count on it for the longer haul.
 
That's a tough one. If you have a receipt with the purchase date it will help.
