Boker Germany straight razor. Any good?

Well that's missleading. I bought one and it's pretty good. I worked on it for about 45 minutes and it shaved great. It has some numbers on it that I forgot to remember because I took a cell pic of it. Well you cant' tell crap from that. I paid $40 for it with the orginal box. The blade was in good shape but with some oxidation on the spine.

Anyone think I just got completely took?

Nope. The older Boker razors are good, and you got it for a decent price (based on the description you provided).

it all depends on whether or not the razor can be resharpened and maintained. You can but a lot of cheap straright razors on ebay but the quality is not there for some
