Boker Helios Cera Titan opening in pocket

As the title might suggest, I am have had problems with this knife opening in my pocket while carrying it. Does anyone have a solution to prevent the knife from doing this?
 
probably detent ball problem, my Boker oberland had a similiar problem where it would open too easy but never in my pocket

How are you carrying the knife? If you carry so that blade is against the seam of your pocket it won't open even with a weak detent.
 
I am carrying the blade tip down in my right pocket, so the blade would be facing the inside of the pocket, not the wall. There is zero resistance when opening the knife.
 
I would not carry the knife in that position. It's an accident waiting to happen with a loose detent. Change the clip so that the knife is tip up. As Ernie1980 mentioned, the blade will then rest against the seam of you pocket and will not open.
 
Ok, I will switch the clip. Are there any other suggestions as to how to keep the blade from opening so easily? would tightening the pivot screw help?
 
Tightening the pivot will probably help a lot. If you take the knife apart, you can check the detent to see why it isn't holding the blade closed. You can also contact Broker.
