I own one. For the money it should be decent knife. Mine the steel seems softer than other 440a steel knives I have. Mine rolls very easily. I don't think mine is the norm though. I wrote a little about it in my chinese 440c steel and g4 question post not far below this one.
Scales are decent. Mind you chinese micarta is typically polished smooth, in my limited examples and this one is no different. Versus esee micarta which has allot of grip. The highland micarta does have texturing and that compensates for the smoothness.
Sheath is setup for paracord to make belt loops or a tech lock, if you have one sitting around. The sheath isn't very tight. Mine isn't. Its enough to work, but its what you'd expect for the price paid.
I use mine for yardwork and its held up well, except for the soft steel problem on mine.
