I found this Knife at a thrift store with my wife the other day, and I could not resist. I cannot match the stamp on the blade with the lists of boker blade stamps, so I am posting it here. Please, if you know how to aproximately date it, I would be greatful. Also, I would like to know what it was sold as, if anyone knows.
My wife thinks its a steak knife, and the picture I posted is actually from an ebay auction, not my knife, though you would not be able to tell the difference between it and mine. The auction listed it as a carving knife. it seems a bit small for a carving knife, maybe a bit large for a stak knife. also, the blade is very thin and springy. thanks for looking. Also, I posted this in the kitchen cutlrery forum, and got no replies. I hope it is ok to post it again here.

the stamp has the tre on the left, which has a very thin trunk, and 3distinct roots, then 2 lines of text. H. BOKER & CO is the first line, TREE BRAND is the second. rotated 90 degrees, closer to the handle, GERMANY
the blade is clearly not stainless, and the handle is plated, prolly in nickel.
