Boker knife in Solingen Stainless

I have recently been considering the purchase of a Boker Original Bowie knife. The knife is advertised as being constructed of Solingen stainless steel.

Does anyone own the knife, or has anyone used it? Any information on the specifications and durability of the Solingen steel, as well as the construction of the knife itself, would be greatly appreciated.
