boker kwaiken disassemble

Hey guys, I bought a used boker kwaiken and I have been trying to take it apart. Havent even been able to removed the pivot. I think the guy who had it before me tried to disassemble it(unsuccessfully), I can tell because there are some stripped screws and now when i try to unscrew the pivot the backside spins around with it. Any suggestions on how I can fix this would greatly help. Thanks in advance.

Which Kwaiken is it? I only have the original one with green micarta scales, but if they are all the same, the pivot should be a D shaped pivot which would prevent the pivot from spinning. The only thing i can think of that would make it spin is if the previous owner drilled out the D slot for some reason and in which case, it would be extremely hard to unscrew the pivot.
