Boker M3 Trench Knife

Need some info on the Boker M3 Trench knife:

I had a 2007 Boker catalog (lost during a move to a new house) and I seem to recall in that catalog it said the knife's country of manufacture was China.
Now that I look at the 2008 Boker catalog (doesn't say anything) and some website now say the country of manufacture is Germany. (The sheath is made in Germany, but the knife????)

Does anyone know for certain where this knife is made?
(The steel is SK-5, but that steel has been used by knife companies that manufacture in both China and Japan.)

Any help would be appreciated.
