Boker M3 Trench Knife

I submitted a question at bokerusa.com a few days ago and nobody has gotten back to me about my knife.So I thought I'd post it hear to get an opinion.I just recieved the knife this week and upon taking it out I notice a rattle sound, that sounded odd.Upon shaking the knife abit ,I realizing it the noise is coming from the guard and after a closer look at the guard I found that with the slightest touch it moves both vertically and horizontally.I hope it's not a little problem that leads to a bigger one.

What should I do, being that this is my first leather stacked handled military knife ? I also read a review awhile ago stating that there were two version of the shealth...one made in German and other in Asia.How do I tell the difference?

Hello,
I answered you yesterday. Check your email for a message titled FW: Message from Contact Form. I couldn't on Wednesday, as we were closed due to a blizzard/power outage.
Return the knife to us, and I will take care of it for you. That does not sound right, and needs to be taken care of.
