Boker Magnum Blitz ... lotta' knife for $18 ?

Never seen it before, but with all the high quality knives Boker is having made these days, and with materials like 440C and G10, it doesn't sound like a bad deal. Worth looking into, at least.
 
That would be a good deal....except I don't think Böker make too many Magnum knives with 440c. Usually they're 440A so I think it's a typo.
 
Great balls of fire 440A is a very good strong steel.Boker uses steel in their knives that meets high standards.Get the knife if you want it.
 
Magnum is Boker's value line, obviously. I have an auto from Boker. Prob can't go too wrong here, and if it does suck you aren't out much.
 
I would question the locking mechanism. A simple push button to open AND close? To me it seems that the button itself is the weak link of the knife, e.g., what if it gets stuck depressed?
 
There is a similar one that Boker Magnum has had out for years, and that is a good knife. Based on that model ( also a button lock) I would say this one is worth a try.
 
Boker knows how to do button locks. They've been using them in their designs for a while.
 
Survey says ... not a bad knife. Actually like it a lot. Tight. Very Sharp. Lots of "oh ah" value (lol) Heavy though.

It's a keeper, for $18 bucks never go wrong.
