Boker Magnum knock-off?

In a local store I've found a Boker Magnum knife that I like very much: it's the Steelwood.

It has the short blade (6.3 cm, about 2.5 inch I guess) I'm looking for right now and for some reason I love the contrast between the dark coated blade and the light wood scales.
It costs 15€ and I can buy it to use as a beater, but because I know Boker Magnum knives are often knock-off from other more prestigious companies, I'd like to know if this is the case.
I'd love to have a quality knife similar to the Steelwood!

AFAIK it’s not a knock off.
Acutally it is the Magnum version of the SRM # 783 pattern,
made by the Chinese company Sanrenmu:

I have the original pattern with G10 scales and it is one of my best users.
Not only for the price, I prefer it to many medium priced folders.

Blade steel of the original pattern is 8Cr13MoV, can’t tell much about this steel,
but it is easy to sharpen and holds it edge very well.

Thank you!
The steel is a generic "440 steel", in my experience with Boker not too bad. I think I'll buy it, Sanrenmu makes good knives for the price and I've the impression that this Steelwood is made by the same factory in China and then rebranded.
