Boker Magnum safety

I picked up a Boker Magnum auto recently at a gun show. Seems like a nice knife for $25. Anyway, my question is in regards to the safety. The safety keeps the button from being depressed when the knife is folded. Yet, when opened, there is no way to engage the safety (at least on mine) to keep the button from being depressed accidentally under stress (i.e., tactical situations). Yet with my Benchmade 9050, I can engage the safety to lock the knife. So, is my Boker defective, or is it made that way? And if defective, is there a way to take it apart and modify it so the safety can be engaged when the knife is opened? Does anyone have a schematic of the Magnum so I can see how the parts fit together?

Thanks.

Is this a full-auto Magnum? As in, press the button and the blade pops open? If so, your best bet is to post in the Autos/Switchblade section here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=688. Boker/Magnum do not import autos to the U.S. (I assume that's where you are), so any autos here are modified aftermarket, and don't fall under their purview.

See the sticky near the top of this forum for details. :)
