Boker-Matic: Good or Garbage?

I bought one when I first started collecting a couple of years ago...IMHO...they are junk ...hard to keep in the out position as the handle is always slipping and popping it back in the closed position....
 
A few months back I examined one that was new but being closed out at a store for $20. The blade wobbled in the open position, was not sharp, and I couldn't see myself actually using it to cut anything. The thing is, it was unused. I decided not to buy it.
