I would like to get a Mini Kwaiken, but I see they're right hand carry only and I'm of the southpaw variety. I was thinking about milling a flat on it, drilling and tapping it and using one of my spare benchmade clips. Does anybody have any advice, horror stories or proclamations about my stupidity regarding the matter?

I think this is easier if you try and make a deep carry clip from the very end of the back spacer, probably cheaper to replace too if you screw one up. You can also add a spike screw so you have a glass breaker

That's not a bad idea... Mill a wide and narrow slot in the end so it won't rotate. I like it. Not a big fan of glass breakers though, it's one of the main reasons I don't carry my Ultratech (I've been too lazy to find a replacement screw).
