I'd like some opinions on this knife please such as the fit and finish .I know it's 440c steel which I've never used .I've usually stuck to 1095 and c75 and using just 440a or 420hc in stainless .
Thanks very much

I have one and like it a lot. I'm no expert on steels. This doesn't feel like 1095 to sharpen, but it sharpens and cuts just fine.
I like that it's a rare jack with one straight edge. My only reservation is that losing the spay doesn't save any discernible weight or bulk, so why not a three-bladed stockman?
Handsome and capable knife, though, and a little different. The olive darkens with carry.

Is that from the limited Evergreen series? If so, the fit-and-finish on mine is excellent.

I love mine. The fit and finish is on par with any GEC I own. It doesn't seem like it was designed as a 2 blade knife so its basically a stockman with the spey blade removed. There is no liner inbetween the 2 blades. I love it and carry it often. It was a very generous gift from Sitflyer. Thanks again

Heres some older pics of mine ~
