Boker Plus Burnley design 0329 with brass bolsters questions.

Hi Folks,
I recently got this Boker 0329 with micarta scales....but this one has 1/8 in brass bolsters and a heavy 3/16 brass spacer. I cannot find this one anywhere. Is this rather uncommon? How old is it. Is it made in China like the other Burnley designs? Thanks for your help.

I think that was an exclusive by a retailer. I want to say DLT Trading, but that might be incorrect. Edited to add correction: It was from Blade HQ.
