Hello, I was looking through Boker's website and I found an interesting little knife called Boker Plus Carbon. Unfortunately I couldn't find any additional info on the knife. So, I was wondering if anybody knows the clip placement and the street price. On Boker's site it's 79.95 €, but that's MSRP I guess. Also is that a new product therefore the lack of information on the web? Here's the linlk to Boker's webpage of the product

Klingenstahl 440-C. Ohne Clip. Gesamtlänge 17,3 cm. Klinge 7,2 cm. Stärke 3 mm. Gewicht 60 g.

Blade steel 440-C. Without clip. Overall length 17.3 cm (6.8"). Blade 7.2 cm (2.8"). Weight 60 g (2.1 oz.).
 
What a pretty pretty knife, button lock I presume..which is a shame since with a nice liner lock I would really have fallen for this knife.

Who knows, I may pick one up yet. :>
 
sweet little knife, kind of reminds me of a William Henry design:)

Such a shame it doesn't have a clip... I would have picked one up if it had one. Anyway, thanks Esav, I translated the page with google, but I must have overlooked the info somehow...
 
are they going to offer this knife in the us or do you just have to purchase it directly from the boker site? ive never done that before and i have no idea how much it was cost in us currency.
 
The fact that the knife is a button lock and doesn't have a clip are two of the Carbon's features that appeal most to me. It reminds me of a William Henry knife too, miro44. Very classy design, well built and reasonably priced. Based on schmalhaus' review, I'd consider it a serious contender in the gentleman's knife category. I borrowed an image from the Boker site so folks don't have to go looking for it:

My only complaint with Boker is the time it takes to bring their knives to market. Hopefully this one won't take as long to arrive in US dealerships as the Kressler Subhilt (Model 02BO190) is taking.
