I was thinking about getting this knife but would like some feedback on it from people who have owned and used it. I have handled it before and for a knife that is called "mini" it is a beast! Online I see go for 50 to 60 bucks, but I found it for 30. Just wondering if it is as solid as it seems. I also read a great article about it in tactical knives magazine

Also what is the difference between the "mini resurrection" and the "resurrection 2" ??

Hi Piig. I'm also giving serious thought to getting one of these along with the Field Marshal. From what I've read, it seems the Ressurection 2 is a little "smoother" in overall handling, and I don't think smooth in a bad way. Seems someone said it was the difference between a Strider SFG, and a Strider SFGCC. The weight is reduced from 8.9 ounces to 8.1 ounce, so 8/10's of an ounce was shaved off somewhere. I don't know if the original has Jim Burkes mark on the handle, but the version 2 has it. His mark is JB inside a diamond, and it appears to be engraved into the G-10 handle scale on the front side.

I have this knife and it is a beast for the price, especially for $30. The only problem I had with mine (and I saw other reviewers say the same thing), was that all of the screws on the knife needed to be tightened up out of the box. Once I tightened the screws up (and added blue Loctite to the screws on the frame), it has been rock solid. I paid around $50 for my and thought it was a great deal. I would definitely recommend getting it!
