I'm glad I saw this, because at first glance, the Stingray looks like something I'd really like. I often feel that Boker Plus knives are far too expensive for what you get, especially coming from China or Taiwan, but the designs look nice.
 
That's a shame. I'm a big fan of Boker Plus. Are these common problems or did you get a dud?
 
I know one other guy from ig that got one. He sent his back as well for same type of issues.
 
Too bad , it's actually a very nice looking knife. It reminds me of a titanium version of a BM Stryker.
I like the shape of the blade.
 
Did anyone ever get a good one of these? Just curious, because I still see them online and find myself wanting one, but I don't need the hassle of sending back a POS.
 
Yes, I got one I am quite happy with. The 440c is the sharpest I've ever recieved from Boker. The knife is not perfect, but it doesn't need warranty either.

I feel the same way about all boker plus, don't buy one unless you have it in hand.
