What's up everyone? I found this knife at a local gun shop a few weeks ago. It was more of an impulse buy because I have never really given a serious look at Boker's selection. This one looked like a nice little EDC fixed blade and it was pretty cheap for what it was. I guess this will be an impromptu review of this little tank.

Yes, it is a TANK!! It is probably one of the thicker blades in my EDC rotation. It measures at 4.6mm (.18") thick with an 82.55mm (3.25") length from handle to tip. Total length is a lilliputian 171.45mm (6.75") making it very easy to carry just about anywhere. I normally carry horizontal weak side belt carry for all of my small fixed blades.

Speaking of carry, it comes with a very nice little Kydex sheath with a think plastic belt loop. It can pretty much be mounted in any orientation, since the sheath has awesome retention. I had tried the supplied belt look, as well as a BladeTech TekLok, but they both seemed almost too big for this knife. I ended up using a BladeTech IWB Softloop and found it to be perfect. It keeps the knife close to my body and keeps it from printing.

It is a 440C, acid washed steel Americanised Tanto style blade, with green micarta handle scales. Tom Krein is the designer of this wee beastie. They are not removable, but are very comfortable, if not a little short for medium to large sized hands. It doesn't come razor sharp out of the box, but it is a nice utility edge. It is a quarter hollow grind and being 440C steel, it should take and hold an edge pretty well. I will post more once I have a chance to sharpen it.

Overall, it's a great little EDC fixed blade. It's not too heavy, considering how bulky it is and with a street price of $44.95 USD (MSRP is $67.95) it is a decently priced piece of kit.
