I was wondering, what you guys think of this one...

The classic model, with a satin finished blade. We are proud to introduce this brand new, highly requested series of Boker Plus knives - made in the USA! This is the first series proudly made in America by Fox Knives USA. The functional design was brought to us by German custom knifemaker Raimund Lhotak. The low profile handles are made of high quality fiberglass reinforced nylon, which provides a secure grip, even in extreme weather conditions. The blades are made of premium 154CM steel, offering outstanding cutting performance, and are secured by a sturdy lockback mechanism with a Boye-dent. The universal blade shape and light weight allow for even heavy duty cutting chores. The reversible pocket clip and lanyard hole make this new design the ideal everyday companion. Blade length: 3 3/8". Overall length: 7 1/2". Weight: 2.1 oz.

It has definitely caught my eye. I like the looks and I like the 154cm. What's the price point on it. I can't find it on the knife sites.

i'd prefer y'all made some american made boker autos and balis and help bring some competition over here........it looks decent though.

sounds good, but please help me out... the Autos and Balis are not legal in every state, correct?

Correct. However even in states where they are illegal you can own them but not carry them. At least in mine that's the case

There is a huge movement making switchblades/autos legal again. Many states have changed their laws in the last couple of years. Completely legal to own and carry both in my state. Many states if not most states legal to own. Carrying is moving forward where it will be most states soon. Thanks to Mr
Ritter and the knife rights org doing all the hard lobbying to turn it around.

Honestly, it looks too much like a Cold Steel to me :(. Im sure its great functionally, but i dont see anything that makes it special or sets it apart. I think if you made more pieces like the Marlowe collaborations in the USA with a steel upgrade, they'd sell like hotcakes. Love my Bullpup!

BTW, keep up the QC! The last few ive seen/handled have been stellar.

Again, sweet looking Marlowe collab here! :D This and a few others have really been some of my favorite design collabs in the past year or so. Been carrying a Vox F3 recently!
Would LOVE to get my hands on a custom F3 from the maker himself, but that's damn near impossible.

Gentlemen,
thank you for your input.
Right now the problem is that we cannot ship automatic knives to the US. I know that police / military or rescuing personnel is allowd to carry these on duty. But we cannot offer the autos.

But if the collectors would be allowed to "own" them, that would be a great thing.

We are able to own them. Many states citizens are allowed to own. Some dont allow carry, but many do...yeah us collectors and users...not just police and fire etc.

Yes, this folder will make a fine EDC.
btw, will wee see a larger version of the Pelican?

It is illegal to conceal Balis and autos where I live, but you can carry them if they are displayed openly, and can own whatever you want in terms of knives. Oregon is nice like that, I only wish our concealed permits covered knives as well.

If Boker made them and sold them in the USA there would be a huge market for them, and I am sure more people here than my self can attest to that. There are a few places they are illegal but that does not mean you can ignore the money and market from the states and counties where they are legal to own. It's not exactly a small market.

The knife looks great, I only wish the black bladed one was not serrated. I would buy one right now if you had an all black plain edge model available. Or maybe some other color of finish, in TiNi or cerakote, or even rainbow TiNi. I just prefer finishes on my blade over the "bare steel" types.
